SWIMMING POOL
Our spacious swimming pool is open year-round with covered pavilion area – tables, chairs and lounges around pool area.
PLAYGROUND
Bring your kids up to the Recreation area to play on the playground and burn off some energy! We also have a half court basketball area in our family park, grills, a beautiful fountain that lights up at night, park benches and a lighted pathway.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
For our tenants’ convenience, we have a 24-hour on site laundry facility with new machines. This facility is located next to the Club House and is here for use by all OTV residents.
Laundry Fees: $1.75 per load wash • $1.75 per load dry
CLUB HOUSE
Is available for birthday parties and host family gatherings. You can book your party in the office. There is also an outside covered area for BBQ’s with a fire pit.
